Equatorial Penang


	The visionary developer of the Equatorial Penang sought to create a modern business hotel near Penang’s high-tech community and airport in a tropical resort setting. TC&M’s involvement began with the design architect’s earliest concept and continued through the implementation of this award-winning hotel. Set on a hill overlooking Penang’s finest golf course and the Malaysia mainland, the Equatorial Penang is renown for its beautiful swimming pool and tropical gardens.

TC&M worked closely with the architects and the project team to carefully integrate the waterfalls and tropical gardens with the structural system of one of the hotel’s towers. The artificial rockwork meticulously recreates the natural granite of Bukit Jambul.
