coast, Promised Land Resort is the country’s first world class resort. Combining
natural beauty of Hualien with the area’s unique culture, the master plan includes
hotels, shopping centers, water and theme parks, and championship golf courses.
TC&M has been involved in all phases from the design of the landscape master plan to
the construction administration of the resort’s first phase. |
The first phase of the resort
opened recently. TC&M’s design features an extensive lagoon system providing
waterfront sites for all of the guestrooms. A water taxi tours 2.2 kilometers around the
first part of the lagoon. The waterways will be expanded as the resort is constructed to
provide water taxi access to all of the facilities.
At night, torches and landscape lighting create a different environment for the guests. |
